1 Corinthians 10:31
The Morning Offering is one of the most beautiful ways to begin the day. Before the demands of work, family, school, or daily responsibilities take our attention, we intentionally place the entire day into God's hands.
Through this prayer, we offer our thoughts, words, actions, joys, and sufferings to Jesus, asking that everything we do may be united with His sacrifice and used for His glory. It is a simple yet powerful reminder that every moment of our day can become an act of love and worship when lived with Christ.
"Whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God."
— 1 Corinthians 10:31
The Morning Offering is traditionally prayed shortly after waking. It helps us begin the day with gratitude, trust, and a renewed desire to follow Christ.
Morning Offering
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, in reparation for my sins, for the intentions of all my relatives and friends, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father.
Amen.
Every day presents opportunities to love God and our neighbor. Some moments will bring joy, while others may involve sacrifice or suffering. The Morning Offering reminds us that nothing is wasted when it is entrusted to Christ. Even the ordinary tasks of daily life become acts of love when they are offered to Him.
As you begin your day, ask the Holy Spirit to guide your thoughts, strengthen your faith, and help you recognize God's presence in every moment.
"Lord, may everything I do today bring glory to You."
